The 32º officer collar is made of black moire satin with silver metallic edging. At the lower point is an embroidered red teutonic cross, on which is a double headed eagle. The collar is lined in scarlet, and a black teutonic cross is embroidered on the inner lining. This collar is shaped to fit over the shoulders, and a fastener is stitched at the point to suspend a jewel.
