PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Custom items that we do not stock, especially those that are hand-embroidered, may take an extended amount of processing time.
Most of our items are custom-made to order at our shop, such as costumes and aprons.
We are a small business, and our seamstresses will do their best to produce your items as quickly as possible,
without compromising quality.
Our certificate frames are produced individually by a third-party, per order, and may take up to 3-4 weeks before shipping out to you.

We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express, and shipping fees are calculated according to your zip code, package
dimensions and weight of the items ordered, including packaging materials.
These fees are set and calculated by USPS, their rates are subject to change and not under our control.
We may choose to send your order via another carrier, such as UPS, if we feel that it is more efficient for your order.
You may also choose to pick up your order from our location in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
